I offer an initial consultation to gather information from yourself. It will last about 10-15 minutes and will help us plan a way forward.

I will make it as convenient as possible for yourself and I am very flexible. It is easy to pay online using PayPal, just click the buttons below. A normal telephone, online or face-to-face counselling session will last about 50 minutes. The number of sessions varies depending upon individual circumstances and can range from 2 upwards. These are normally weekly.

I can offer discount on the prices below to anyone who is on a low income.
